1. Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the aicreatesolutions.com website and the AI Create Solutions ("we", "us") services you purchase through it. By booking a call, submitting the contact form, or signing a project quote you agree to these terms. They sit alongside your signed project quote, which governs scope, timeline and price for that specific build.

• We provide done-for-you AI chatbots, messaging bots and workflow automation ("the Services"). The deliverable is a configured, hosted, managed system, not source code ownership, unless stated in your quote.
• You provide accurate information and reasonable access to the tools we integrate. Delays caused by missing access or late feedback extend the timeline day-for-day.
• Our automated systems are a support layer: for urgent, legal, medical or financial decisions we surface a human handover where one exists on your side.
• Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
• If we breach these terms you can end the monthly plan immediately; you keep the setup fee already invoiced and a refund of unused full months.

2. Services & delivery

Delivery follows three phases: a 15-minute discovery call, a fixed build of 7–14 days, and ongoing monthly operation. Your system goes live only after you approve it on real conversations. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and monthly tuning; the setup fee is the one-time build cost.

3. Pricing & billing

All prices are in EUR and are fixed-quoted before work starts. The monthly fee has no lock-in: you can cancel and stop at the end of any month you have paid for. Longer billing cycles earn a discount on the monthly fee — quarterly −5%, half-yearly −10%, yearly −15% — and the setup fee is never discounted. Cancel any monthly plan at any time; you are only charged for the cycle you have paid.

4. Guarantees

If something misbehaves within 30 days of a build going live, we fix it free. You own the bot, the workflows and your data — that ownership transfers fully at the end of any engagement.

5. Data & privacy

We process your data as a data processor; you remain the controller. Your data is stored and monitored on privacy-first infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. We collect only what the Services need to operate (messages, booking data, analytics counts). A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request, and if you operate in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection law, we align to it. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time; deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.

6. Privacy policy

• What we collect: form inputs (name, email, phone, business details), chat messages sent to the assistant, and usage analytics (chat counts, response times). No purchase of third-party data. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts on the site.
• Why: to run the Services, respond to enquiries and improve responses. We do not sell personal data.
• Storage: Privacy-first infrastructure; retention for the life of your plan, then deleted on request.
• Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction — aligned to the strictest applicable data-protection law in your market. Contact us at aicreatesolutions@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
